1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Sendz at sendz.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from accessing the utility.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
Sendz is provided as a free, temporary utility to transfer files and text between devices. You strictly agree NOT to transmit, upload, or facilitate the transfer of:
- Malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, rootkits, or malicious payload scripts.
- Content that infringes on any third party's intellectual property or copyright without explicit authorization.
- Unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or harmful materials prohibited under applicable federal or international law.
- Files designed to maliciously exhaust infrastructure memory, network capacity, or compute (e.g. decompression bombs).
Note: We actively block high-risk executable file extensions (e.g. .exe, .bat, .sh) to prevent accidental execution and system compromise.
3. Ephemeral Nature & No Backup Guarantee
Sendz is strictly an ephemeral transit tool, not a cloud backup or archiving service. Uploaded files expire and are permanently locked after 12 hours. We cannot recover expired or deleted data under any circumstance.
4. Limitation of Liability
Sendz is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Under no circumstances shall Sendz or its operators be liable for any data loss, network interruptions, or consequential damages resulting from the use of this service.
